TERMS & CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all offers, sales, and deliveries by AXE MACHINERY d.o.o., Belgrade, Serbia, as the official dealer of Arjes Impaktor machinery. Any deviations require written confirmation.

All offers are non-binding and subject to change. Product descriptions, technical data, and illustrations are provided by the manufacturer (Arjes Impaktor GmbH) and are for reference only. Final specifications are confirmed in the purchase contract.

Orders are binding only upon written confirmation by AXE MACHINERY d.o.o. Electronic confirmations are valid. Amendments must be agreed in writing.

Delivery dates are estimates. AXE MACHINERY d.o.o. is not liable for delays due to Force Majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, delivery times may be extended or suspended.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is FCA Belgrade/Warehouse. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier or collection. Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

If the buyer cancels an order after confirmation, AXE MACHINERY d.o.o. reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value.

Invoices are payable within the agreed period. Late payments incur interest at 1% per month. All bank charges are borne by the buyer.

Delivered machinery remains the property of AXE MACHINERY d.o.o. until full payment is received. The buyer must not resell, pledge, or transfer the machinery until ownership passes.

AXE MACHINERY d.o.o. provides a 12-month warranty from delivery date, excluding wear parts and consumables. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. Manufacturer's technical documentation applies.

AXE MACHINERY d.o.o. is liable only for gross negligence or intent. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

All disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Belgrade, Serbia. The laws of the Republic of Serbia apply. English is the governing language for contracts and correspondence.
